The Building Engineer is responsible for the continuous operation and maintenance of boiler room equipment, HVAC systems, and plant machinery. They also perform general facility repairs, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks, while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and a 3rd Grade Stationary Engineer License. A minimum of 3 years of boiler experience as an operating engineer is required.
