Act as the on-site controls engineering lead to verify installations, support point-to-point testing, and resolve integration issues. Maintain the field points database and ensure all design deviations are documented and dispositioned.
Requires experience in field-engineering controls for industrial or mission-critical sites with a proven track record of large-scale point-to-point testing. Candidates must be able to methodically troubleshoot from field devices to the head end and manage integrator quality.

Engineer gigawatts from drawing to energized, in months not years. Capacity Delivery owns technical execution across every build: the drawings, the field questions, and the engineering calls that keep multiple concurrent gigawatt sites moving.
Engineer data centers that go up in months, not years. At that pace rework is not an option: problems get caught on paper or they cost a data hall.
Design it once, build it a hundred times. Every site's lessons roll into the reference design on the way to 50GW+, so each build starts ahead of the last.
Be the controls engineering presence on site: verify installs, support point-to-point, and chase integration issues at the workface.
Walk controls installations daily: panels, wiring, and instruments against design.
Support point-to-point and functional testing, resolving discrepancies the same day.
Keep the field points database honest: every change documented, every deviation dispositioned.

You've field-engineered controls on industrial or mission critical sites.
You've done point-to-point at scale and kept the trackers accurate.
You troubleshoot from field device to head end methodically.
You hold integrators to quality at the panel, not in the meeting.
