The technician is responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex BMS issues in commercial and mission-critical environments. Key duties include performing system upgrades, commissioning activities, and installing control system components to ensure high reliability and SLA compliance.
Candidates must have 3-5+ years of experience in BMS, building automation, or HVAC controls. Proficiency with Tridium Niagara (N4) and strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networked systems are required.
