The technician is responsible for performing routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on plant equipment and facilities. They must troubleshoot technical issues, install new machinery, and maintain accurate records via CMMS.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience with strong electrical skills. Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, and 3-phase motors is required, while food manufacturing experience is preferred.
A Maintenance Technician reports directly to maintenance supervision and works closely with other maintenance team members to ensure the reliability of the plant's equipment. A Maintenance Technician possesses the necessary skills to repair and maintaining equipment, machinery, and facilities. They perform routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and complete repairs to ensure the smooth operation of various systems.
The responsibilities listed below define the primary duties of the position. As business demands may evolve, additional duties may be assigned to this role by your immediate supervisor.

This job operates in a production environment. The employee is frequently exposed to facility elements such as noise, dust, fumes and odors. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and filing cabinets.
