Role overview
We're looking for a Marketing Design Team Lead who is equal parts creative leader, marketer, and AI geek, someone who knows how to achieve business goals through visuals that actually sell.
You will take a team of 3 AI-driven Creative Designers and scale it to 6. The team produces static ad creatives, photorealistic AI visuals for performance campaigns across paid media channels, and source assets for our video production pipeline.
Your job is to build the company's visual creative engine. Whatever the starting point- a brief, a hypothesis, a raw idea - it leaves the team as a creative that performs.
You'll work closely with Creative Producers, Marketers, Copywriters, Media Buyers, and the Video Editing team, and partner with our Generative AI Pipeline Engineer on tooling and workflows.
