The Sr. Performance Engineer will design and execute performance tests to evaluate system scalability, reliability, and performance under various conditions. They will also collaborate with development and operations teams to analyze metrics, identify bottlenecks, and optimize system infrastructure.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. They are required to have 7+ years of experience in performance testing and proficiency in tools like JMeter, Dynatrace, or LoadRunner.
