We're hiring a Business Analyst at Merkle in Sofia.
We are looking for a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. In this role, you will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to identify requirements, define solution scope, and ensure the successful delivery of digital products and software solutions.
Gather, analyse, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
Communicate directly with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into actionable solution specifications.
Define project scope, business processes, and product requirements.
Create, manage, and prioritise the business backlog based on business value.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, brainstorming sessions, and requirements discovery activities.
Ensure requirements traceability throughout the entire product lifecycle.
Collaborate closely with development, UX/UI, content, QA, and client management teams.
Support process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for optimisation and digital transformation.
Monitor the impact of implemented changes and recommend improvements where needed.
Provide pre-sales support, including effort estimation, solution scoping, proposal preparation, and resource planning.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and their impact on clients' businesses.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in software development, digital products, or technology projects.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies and project management practices.
Experience eliciting and documenting requirements through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder engagement.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experience with business process modelling and requirements management tools.
