【職務内容/ Job Description】
・ Support the IT key vendor management.
・ Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key vendors to ensure service quality and performance.
・ Collaborate with vendors to ensure compliance with service level agreements and contracts.
・ Financial Oversight: Manage vendor budgets, payments, and financial negotiations, including invoice billing validation to ensure accuracy and cost control, ensuring cost-effectiveness and budget adherence.
・ Contract Management: Lead contract discussions, renewals, and compliance to secure favorable terms and mitigate risks.
・ Performance Monitoring: Track vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs, addressing issues proactively to ensure delivery standards.
・ Governance & Issue Resolution: Maintain governance through regular committee meetings, monitor vendor issues, and coordinate timely resolution of problems.
・ Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (IT, Procurement, Business Units) to align vendor services with organizational needs and objectives.
