Responsibilities
The role involves owning the analytics strategy and roadmap for Corporate Planning and Analysis while leading a team to provide actionable insights to senior executives. You will drive data-driven decision-making by building self-service capabilities and partnering with business leaders to improve workforce and financial outcomes.
Requirements
Candidates must have at least 8 years of progressive experience in analytics, data, and business strategy within a large, complex organization. Strong leadership skills, the ability to influence senior stakeholders, and proficiency in modern data platforms and business intelligence tools are required.
Full job description
We are seeking an experienced analytics leader to own and advance the Corporate Planning and Analysis analytics strategy for one of our functions or lines of business. In this senior role, you will define the roadmap, build trusted self-service capabilities, and lead a team of analytics professionals who partner with business leaders, executives, and functional stakeholders to transform how workforce and financial decisions are made. We value diversity, inclusion, and a culture of continuous learning to drive innovative, data-driven solutions.
As a Corporate Analytics Advisor, Vice President, you will support the “last mile” of people analytics by embedding insight into decision-making and combining data, analytics, and business context into clear, actionable narratives. You will operate at the intersection of business strategy, analytics, and Planning and Analysis leadership, driving data-driven outcomes that materially impact workforce performance, risk management, and talent growth. You will help strengthen the data foundation that supports decision-making, including trusted reporting, metric consistency, governance, and self-service capabilities.
Your team will include analytics professionals with expertise across data, visualization, insight generation, and executive communication, serving as embedded partners to lines of business and functions worldwide. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to improve source data quality, automate recurring reporting, and shape future analytical capabilities, including predictive models and pattern recognition analytics.
Job responsibilities
You will be expected to perform the following responsibilities:
Own the analytics strategy, roadmap, and delivery priorities across stakeholder groups
Build, scale, and lead a team of analytics professionals who serve as embedded partners to lines of business and functions
Establish the function as a trusted advisor to senior executives, including business heads, line of business leaders, Chief Financial Officers, Chief Operating Officers, and strategy leads
Own prioritization and sequencing across competing stakeholder needs, balancing near-term delivery with longer-term capability building
Drive proactive analytics to identify workforce and talent patterns, risks, and opportunities, and develop recommended action plans
Provide responsive, data-driven insights to address ad hoc business questions and strategic workforce inquiries
Build self-service capabilities that allow business leaders to access reliable insights without relying on recurring manual support
Define and maintain trusted data foundations, metric definitions, and governance standards that enable consistent reporting and analytics
Develop and refine executive-ready presentations that articulate complex insights clearly, persuasively, and visually
Deliver consistently high-quality analysis and storytelling that drives action, not just awareness
Partner with business intelligence and data science partners to automate recurring reporting and shape predictive and pattern recognition analytics
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
8 years of progressive experience in analytics, data, and business strategy within a large, complex, global organization
Demonstrated ability to build and scale high-performing, global teams, including establishing advisory teams with strong internal demand and satisfaction
Experience leading analytics strategy and roadmap development across complex stakeholder groups
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior executives through analytics, insights, and clear storytelling
Experience bridging business strategy with data science, reporting, and analytic insights
Understanding of data governance, metric definitions, and self-service reporting models
Working knowledge of modern data platforms, business intelligence tools, and analytics delivery practices
Demonstrated ability to synthesize and present insights to senior leaders with clarity and executive-level communication
Ability to connect data to commercial and workforce outcomes
Experience leading through influence across matrixed teams
Proficiency with analytics and presentation tools used for executive advisory engagements
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Experience in financial services or professional services
