Nuveen International Business is seeking an experienced Application Support Specialist to provide comprehensive technical support and system administration for enterprise applications supporting real estate operations. This role serves as the primary US-based contact for application support managing Level 1 support operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business units and vendor partners.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Administer enterprise-wide Yardi configurations including user permissions, security groups, custom menus, deployment packages, and system hotfixes
Lead end-to-end application integration projects with downstream systems from requirements gathering through production rollout
Manage Level 1 and Level 3 helpdesk support queues, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues escalated from Level 2 for all applications in scope.
Provision user accounts and validate access permissions aligned with role-based security requirements across enterprise applications
Support internal and external audits by providing comprehensive system documentation and compliance evidence
Lead weekly Level 1 team sessions to resolve outstanding tickets, identify training gaps, and deliver process improvement training
Support ITRC governance processes for all applications
