Responsibilities

• Maintain and update technical documentation, including equipment logs, maintenance records, and as-built drawings.
• Process work orders, service requests, and contractor documentation in alignment with data centre protocols.
• Assist in preparing reports, incident summaries, and compliance-related paperwork.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to track completion of tasks and ensure proper filing of certifications and permits.
• Support audit readiness by organizing and archiving operational records (physical and digital).
• Liaise with engineering staff to verify accuracy of asset registers, inventory lists, and change management forms.
• Ensure all administrative workflows adhere to company standards and industry regulations (e.g., ISO, SOC 2, or local data centre guidelines).

Required Skills and Experience

• Diploma or Associate Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, IT, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a data centre, critical facility, or technical administrative role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with CMMS or DCIM platforms (e.g., Nlyte, Sunbird, or similar).
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple documentation streams.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of data centre infrastructure (power, cooling, network) is advantageous but not mandatory.
