The Principal Supplier Quality Engineer will implement and maintain supplier quality processes in accordance with AS9100 while managing supplier qualifications and performance. They will also collaborate with engineering and operations to drive continuous improvement and resolve nonconformances through root cause analysis.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field and at least 9 years of supplier quality experience in the aerospace and defense industries. Expertise in quality management systems, root cause analysis, and supplier management for space-grade electronics is required.
