The Manufacturing Technician will perform injection molding part inspections and collaborate with the engineering team to identify and resolve quality defects. They are responsible for maintaining a safe working environment and managing FOUP assembly configurations according to established procedures.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and 0-2 years of relevant manufacturing experience. Strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and good hand-eye coordination are required for this role.

Our site in Colorado Springs Rockrimmon, CO is seeking a Manufacturing Technician I, First Shift, to join our team. This role is a critical part FOUP assembly.
Perform Injection molding part inspections
Collaborate with Setup and Engineering team to communicate part defects
Acquire basic knowledge with part inspection and identifying quality defects per documentation
Basic understanding of 5S principles
Be able to complete passdown
Have foundational knowledge of clean procedure and will be trained in programming RFID in ISO 5
Be able to identify and troubleshoot foundational FOUP discrepancy
Be able to understand different FOUP configurations and respective assembly instructions.
Create and maintain safe working environment
HS degree or GED
0-2 years of related manufacturing experience
Attention to detail – to be able to troubleshoot
Must have hand-eye coordination
Basic computer skills
Quality mindset
Good communicator and must be able to follow directions.

Compensation: $20-21 hourly range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
