Summary
We are seeking a candidate to lead IT initiatives for customer identity, CRM & Connected Revenue Systems and own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of technology platforms. You will support Scout Motors’ customer relationship, customer data, connected services, membership, subscriptions, and recurring revenue capabilities.
This is a hands-on domain expert role responsible for treating customer data and customer lifecycle platforms as strategic enterprise capabilities. The role will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Commercial Services, Charging, Digital Product, Data/MDM, Platform Engineering, Security, and Enterprise Architecture to ensure Scout has a scalable customer record and connected revenue ecosystem that supports direct-to-consumer growth.

This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.
Initial base salary range = $$120,000.00 - $145,000.00
