The Senior Business Analyst serves as the IT interface for the Life Business to develop sustainable business requirements for application lifecycle management. They are responsible for capturing requirements, defining system scope, and validating software configurations through testing and quality reviews.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of business analysis experience and 5+ years in the Life and Annuities insurance industry. Proficiency in cloud-native platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and experience with configurable enterprise systems are highly desired.

The role of the Senior Business Analyst is to provide an IT interface to the Life Business building out sustainable and consistent business requirements to be incorporated into the long term application lifecycle management across the entire Life Portfolio. The analyst will be working closely with business units and technical development teams on all projects. They will engage in client discussions and capture requirements based on interaction with client’s business users.
