We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused English Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Cairo, Egypt. In this full-time on-site role, you will be the voice of our organization, delivering exceptional support and building meaningful relationships with our customers. If you're passionate about solving problems and creating positive experiences, we want you on our team!

• Handle customer inquiries and interactions with efficiency, empathy, and professionalism across multiple communication channels
• Provide tailored solutions to address customer needs and concerns while maintaining detailed records of all interactions
• Demonstrate exceptional phone etiquette and communication techniques to ensure a positive customer experience
• Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, escalating complex matters when necessary
• Maintain a customer-centric approach while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Utilize CRM tools and systems to document customer information and track resolution progress
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and support collective goals
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute innovative ideas to enhance service quality
• Meet performance targets while consistently delivering high-quality customer support
• Adapt to flexible scheduling, including night and overnight shifts as required

Required Qualifications:

• Fluency in English at B2/C1 level or higher (written and verbal)
• Excellent active listening and interpersonal skills
• Strong professional communication and phone etiquette
• Ability to remain patient, empathetic, and resilient when handling challenging customer situations
• Proficiency in time management and multitasking in a dynamic environment
• Organizational skills with attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role or customer service environment
• Familiarity with CRM tools and customer management systems
• Experience working in a contact center or similar setting
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to customer satisfaction
• Flexibility and willingness to work night and overnight shifts
• Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency
