Lead complex technical programs from inception to delivery while ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives. Facilitate executive-level discussions, manage cross-team dependencies, and drive continuous improvement across engineering and product teams.
Requires 6+ years of experience in technical program management with a strong background in software engineering or related technical disciplines. Candidates must possess expertise in Agile frameworks, program governance, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to senior leadership.
We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager with a strong technical engineering background and proven experience leading complex technology programs from inception to delivery.
The ideal candidate will have started their career in a hands-on technical role such as Software Engineering, QA Engineering, Development, or a similar technical discipline, and subsequently moved into technical program management.
This role requires someone who can operate at both technical and program leadership levels — understanding architecture and engineering discussions, while also driving governance, delivery, dependencies, risks, and executive decision-making across multiple teams.
