As a SPOK System Engineer supporting the National Institutes of Health (NIH), you’ll ensure high‑availability operation of the communication and paging systems clinicians depend on every day. This role requires a highly skilled engineer with strong experience across Windows Server, IIS, SQL, application support, and Spok communication platforms.
You will administer, enhance, and troubleshoot the NIH paging and on‑call scheduling ecosystem—including Spok WebXchange, Spok Mobile, Zetron, Avaya PBX integrations, call center applications, and critical backend infrastructure. This is a hands‑on, technical role dedicated to uptime, performance, and secure operations.

• Must be able to obtain and maintain an NIH Public Trust clearance.
