Buscamos a una persona para unirse al equipo como Product Designer, con una visión end-to-end del diseño de producto y la capacidad de moverse con soltura desde la definición del problema hasta la validación y ejecución de soluciones digitales.
Formarás parte de un Product Trio (Producto, Tecnología y Diseño), en un momento clave de crecimiento y escalado, donde la velocidad, la calidad en la toma de decisiones y el impacto en negocio son fundamentales.
Discovery & Research
Co-definir con la Product Lead hipótesis, objetivos y métricas de éxito.
Diseñar y ejecutar procesos de product discovery, alineando necesidades de negocio, usuario y contexto técnico.
Realizar user research (tests, entrevistas, prototipos) con personas usuarias y terapeutas.
Analizar mercado, competencia y tendencias para identificar oportunidades de innovación.
Diseño & Prototipado
Diseñar experiencias de producto end-to-end, desde conceptos iniciales hasta soluciones listas para desarrollo.
Crear wireframes, flujos y prototipos de alta calidad en Figma.
Iterar rápidamente soluciones apoyándose en herramientas de AI para acelerar la validación.
Documentar decisiones de diseño y colaborar con ingeniería para asegurar la viabilidad técnica.
Delivery, Testing & Mejora Continua
Acompañar la implementación de soluciones, asegurando calidad y alineación con la experiencia definida.
Realizar testing y QA de producto para garantizar una experiencia de usuario consistente.
Apoyar en UX writing en colaboración con la Product Lead.
Medir el impacto de las soluciones en métricas de producto y proponer iteraciones continuas.
+4 años de experiencia como Product Designer en productos digitales (web, web-app, SaaS).
Sólida experiencia en Product Discovery: definición de problemas, ideación, validación y experimentación, incluyendo user research, testeo con personas usuarias y construcción de MVPs.
Alto nivel en UX/UI, con atención al detalle y criterio de diseño.
Experiencia en prototipado rápido y validación ágil.
Experiencia demostrable trabajando en Product Trio (PM + Tech + Design), en entornos ágiles y de ritmo rápido.
Uso habitual de herramientas de AI (ej. Figma Make, Claude, Lovable, Gemini, NotebookLM) aplicadas a diseño y productividad.
Capacidad para interpretar datos y tomar decisiones (ej. Mixpanel u otras herramientas analíticas).
Mentalidad hands-on (capacidad de ejecución directa, sin capas innecesarias).
Alta autonomía, proactividad y capacidad analítica.
Buena comunicación en castellano; inglés valorable.
Se valora especialmente
Experiencia en mobile apps.
Conocimiento o interés en salud digital o salud mental.
Experiencia en entornos de alto crecimiento / startups.
