After successfully raising €5 million in a landmark seed funding round, we are looking to grow our teams and scale in key markets.

About the Role

Enginy is a Barcelona-based startup on a mission to revolutionize how B2B sales and prospecting teams operate. Our cutting-edge AI-driven lead generation technology empowers sales teams to focus on what truly matters: selling. By automating manual prospecting, we help optimize workflows, ensuring a predictable and scalable sales pipeline—no wasted time, just results.

After successfully raising €5 million in a landmark seed funding round, we are looking to grow our teams and scale in key markets.

We are looking for a Head of Finance to lead and own the financial function of the company. This figure will provide multidisciplinary support across the business, partnering closely with founders, leadership, and operational teams. Core areas of responsibility include:

Pricing & Partnerships

  • Define and review pricing strategy in close collaboration with the partnerships team.
  • Model unit economics, margins, and commercial scenarios for new and existing partners.
  • Support deal structuring and negotiation to ensure financial agreements.

Reporting & Investor Communications

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages for management and the board.
  • Lead investor communications, including KPI updates, board materials, and ad-hoc reporting.
  • Be the main point of contact for investors on financial topics, due diligence, and follow-on requests.

Controlling & Auditing

  • Implement and maintain financial controls, processes, and policies.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors and ensure the company is audit-ready.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and key financial KPIs on an ongoing basis.

Business Plan & Forecasting

  • Own, maintain, and continuously update the company's business plan and financial model.
  • Run forecasting cycles, budget and consolidate inputs from across teams.
  • Translate strategic decisions into financial scenarios to support leadership decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with other functions (e.g. Marketing/Operations) to define KPI's tracking and efficiency monitoring

About you

  • Proven experience in finance roles such as Head of Finance, ideally in startups, scale-ups, or high-growth environments.
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
  • Hands-on, pragmatic mindset: comfortable owning both strategic topics and operational execution.
  • Experience working with investors, boards, and external advisors.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills and being able to partner with non-finance teams.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
