The Member Engagement Representative provides excellent service to members and guests while maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area. They are responsible for processing memberships, handling administrative tasks, and fostering positive relationships within the community.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months of experience in customer service or sales. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to obtain required safety certifications within the first 60 days are mandatory.
