Requires a high school diploma or GED and a degree in social services, gerontology, or recreation, along with 2+ years of experience in senior living. A valid driver's license and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.
This position is responsible for leading the lifestyle team to create unique resident experiences that promote a vibrant, inclusive, and engaging community. This role is vital to the community to lead, develop, and oversee comprehensive activities that enhances the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive wellbeing of residents.
