This front-line role blends basic technical understanding with strong interpersonal skills to guide customers through service intake, recommend actions for appropriate solutions, and ensuring confidence in the repair process. Located at the Knowledge Bar, the Service Experience Advisor focuses on delivering a high-touch experience while helping customers understand the value of services like PriorityCare+, Data Backup, ESET, and other personalized solutions.
This is a great entry-level opportunity for individuals with experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service who are passionate about technology and customers and are eager to learn.
