The Program Leader provides leadership and support for academic, cultural, and recreational enrichment for K-12 students in a safe school environment. Key duties include planning daily activities, maintaining student ratios, and coordinating with school staff and guardians.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma, GED, or higher education, and pass a criminal background check and TB test. Experience working with K-12 students in educational or community settings is required.
Basic Assignment: The Program Leader will assist in providing leadership and support in academic, cultural and recreational enrichment. Under the direct supervision of the ASAS-LA Program Coordinator, the Program Leader will provide a safe environment that educates, enlightens and inspires youth in a school setting.
