Oversees the daily operations, safety, and engagement of the Academy/Child Center while managing payroll and staff. Partners with the Kids Manager to deliver high-quality programming and exceptional customer service to junior members.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years of experience in childcare, lead teaching, or camp management. Must have 2 years of supervisory experience and obtain First Aid and CPR/AED certifications.
Responsible for the safety, engagement and the overall operations of the Academy/Child Center while upholding Life Time’s Mission and Vision Statements. Delivers the highest level of customer service, management, and consistency to both Members and Team Members. Partners with the Kids Manager and Team Members to ensure the best experience is offered for our junior members while in the Academy/Child Center and kids programming/events.
