The Gym Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, maintaining facility cleanliness and safety, and conducting member inductions and reassessments. They will also instruct various group exercise classes and provide ongoing support to members regarding their fitness goals.
Candidates must hold a level 4 or equivalent Personal Training/Fitness Instructor qualification and possess at least 4 years of experience. Proficiency in teaching diverse fitness classes and strong administrative skills are essential for this role.
