Metyis is growing! We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer - Research and Development with +2 years of experience to join our Technology team in Porto.

What you will do

• Work together with software developers and solution architects to plan, design, test, implement and maintain professional integration solutions in a multi-cloud environment with strong focus on MS Azure.

• Develop concepts and methods for automation in a DevOps environment and ensure compliance with processes and documentation.

• Support with best practices for the scalability, reliability, and performance of our production systems.

• Work confidently in a team on escalations and solve critical problems that affect our highly available development, test and production systems.

What you will bring

• +2 years of Experience in the Infrastructure or DevOps field.

• Strong knowledge in Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD, core technologies such as networking, HTTP, IaC, Automation.

• Good knowledge of scripting/programming and automation solutions (Bash/Python/PowerShell).

• Good knowledge of IT operations and security monitoring.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Good presentation skills.

• Good to have:

-Exposure to Microservices, Database, API implementation is a plus.

-Certifications in Azure/ AWS, Docker/ Kubernetes.

-Knowledge in Observability and consultancy background is a plus.
