What you will do

• As a manager in the Digital Commerce team, you collaborate closely with a U.S.-based client to support daily business operations, foster long-term partnerships, drive growth of the Amazon business, and contribute to the development and execution of the Data & Analytics roadmap. You act as a trusted partner by understanding the needs of both external and internal stakeholders and ensuring high‑quality delivery across digital initiatives and commerce channels

• You play a key role in driving Amazon management initiatives, helping clients accelerate sales growth, improve operational performance, and strengthen their presence on the platform. Leveraging your understanding of Amazon's ecosystem, vendor/ seller operations, commercial levers, and digital commerce dynamics, you translate business objectives into actionable plans that deliver measurable results

• You are responsible for coordinating Amazon-focused workstreams and ensuring successful execution across vendor management activities, including performance monitoring, assortment and content optimization, promotional planning, supply chain collaboration, and issue resolution. You oversee day-to-day client engagement, manage project timelines and deliverables

• A significant part of your role involves shaping and executing the Data & Analytics roadmap. You work closely with clients to identify key opportunities, define data-driven hypotheses, and develop analytical frameworks that support strategic decision-making

• You prepare and deliver executive-level materials, translating complex data into clear business recommendations and strategic actions. You also support the adoption of data-driven ways of working by helping clients embed analytics into planning, forecasting, performance management, and decision-making processes

• In addition, you contribute to internal capability-building initiatives, strengthening the team's expertise in Amazon, digital commerce, and advanced analytics. You actively support the development of team members by sharing best practices, providing coaching, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture

What you´ll bring

• 5 to 8 years of consulting/ agency experience, with at least 2+ years at a digital account management

• Demonstrated expertise in Digital Commerce, specifically on Third Party Platforms (e.g. Amazon, Zalando)

• Strong management and communication skills

• Proven ability to manage client engagements, client relationships, and provide guidance to teams, owning the responsibility for the quality of the engagement

• Strong analytical skills

• Fluency in English
