Olé Mexican Foods is seeking a motivated Business Intelligence Analyst I to join our Business Intelligence team.
This position is ideal for an early-career professional who enjoys solving business problems with data and wants to build a career in Business Intelligence and Analytics. The successful candidate will assist in developing reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions using Microsoft Power BI while gaining hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and enterprise data platforms.
This position will work closely with the Business Intelligence team to support reporting, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to work with real-world manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and sales data while learning from experienced Business Intelligence professionals.

We are looking for someone with a strong analytical foundation and a willingness to learn. Whether your experience comes from school, internships, certifications, personal projects, or early professional experience, we value curiosity, initiative, problem-solving ability, and the desire to build a long-term career in Business Intelligence.
Candidates are encouraged to include examples of Power BI dashboards, reports, GitHub repositories, Microsoft Learn projects, or other analytics work that demonstrates their technical abilities. Academic and personal projects are welcome and will be considered during the evaluation process.
