Anticipated Salary Range: $115,764.00 - $160,000.00. The salary range for this role is intended as a good faith estimate based on the role's location, expectations, and responsibilities. When extending an offer, Enlighten takes a variety of factors into consideration which include, but are not limited to, the role's function, internal equity and a candidate's education or training, work experience, certifications and key skills. Occasionally positions/roles may include additional non-recurrent compensation and will be addressed by the recruiter during the interview process.
Enlighten is looking for an experienced Training/Documentation Manager to directly support operations and assist in growth strategy with special emphasis on defense and government agencies. A key focus of this position includes developing and overseeing the development of markdown-based training content, web-based modules, instructional vignettes, hands-on instructor led training materials, technical user documentation, and contractual deliverables to ensure successful capability rollout and the satisfaction of programmatic requirements.
