Implement innovative sourcing strategies, recruitment processes, and tools to attract diverse and high-caliber talent within the region.
Provide insights into regional talent market dynamics, competitive practices, and industry benchmarks to inform recruitment strategies.
Elevating Recruitment Practices:
Lead the evolution of recruitment processes to accommodate regional scalability and growth while maintaining alignment with global standards.
Identify and integrate advanced tools and methodologies to enhance recruitment efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise the use of Workday as our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and other solutions that streamline processes.
Team Leadership and Development:
Lead and manage the regional recruitment team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching to team members, promoting continuous learning and skill development.
Establish performance expectations and track progress through defined metrics and KPIs.
Stakeholder Management:
Cultivate strong relationships with regional business leaders, hiring managers, and the broader talent team to align recruitment strategies with regional business goals.
Act as a partner to regional leadership, offering insights on regional talent trends, market dynamics, and recruitment best practices.
Communicate regularly with regional leadership on recruitment progress, challenges, and proposed solutions.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Initiatives:
Integrate DEI principles into the regional recruitment process to ensure fairness and inclusivity throughout the candidate journey.
Implement strategies to attract diverse candidates and promote an inclusive workforce that embraces a range of perspectives.
Collaborate with the Global TA Lead and DEI teams to amplify DEI initiatives within the regional recruitment efforts.
Reporting & Analysis
Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline health) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare regular reports and dashboards for leadership using Excel and other analytics tools.
Use data insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize recruitment processes.
Operational Excellence
Maintain high standards of data hygiene in Workday and other recruitment systems.
