We are looking for an Intermediate JavaScript Developer to help build innovative, scalable, and high-performing web applications. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in JavaScript who is ready to take on more responsibility: leading features, owning medium-complexity work end-to-end, and contributing to both front-end and back-end development. Qualifications
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal —required
Based in Bogotá, Colombia, and able to work on-site in Chico Norte
2-4 years of experience in Java development with a strong foundation in object-oriented programming (OOP)
Proficiency in Spring and Spring Boot, including RESTful API development and dependency injection
Experience with Maven or Gradle for project configuration and dependency management
Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for deploying and scaling applications
Understanding of automated CI/CD pipelines and version control tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions
Ability to work with relational (MySQL/PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB) databases
Comfortable mentoring junior team members and translating technical needs into clear, actionable tasks
