Lead and scale the renewals team across the AMER region to drive Gross and Net Revenue Retention. Partner with executive leadership to implement scalable processes, manage high-value deal escalations, and ensure accurate revenue forecasting.
Requires 8+ years of experience in SaaS Renewals, Sales, or Customer Success, including at least 3 years of people management. Must have a proven track record of exceeding retention targets and experience engaging with C-suite stakeholders.
The Director of Renewals, AMER is a senior leadership role responsible for owning and scaling the full renewal motion across the Americas region. You will lead a team of Renewals Managers, set regional strategy, and serve as the executive point of accountability for Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) outcomes. You will partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal leadership to build scalable processes, drive forecast accuracy, and ensure customers are positioned for long-term success with Copado. This role requires a proven operator who can balance hands-on deal leadership with team development and cross-functional influence at the executive level.

Copado's pay ranges reflect On Target Earnings (OTE), which encompasses base salary, bonuses, and/or commissions for meeting 100% of set targets.
