Provide therapy and wellness services to older adults while conducting assessments and creating personalized care plans. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure residents maintain independence and safety.
Candidates must hold a current professional license in their therapy discipline such as PTA, PT, OT, COTA, or SLP. A passion for geriatric care and strong clinical skills are required for this role.
