The Donor Relations Associate manages donor communications, gift acknowledgments, and records to maintain positive relationships with supporters. They are responsible for data administration in Blackbaud CRM and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a high-quality donor experience.
A high school diploma and at least 2 years of business-oriented experience are required. An associate's degree and specific experience in donor or customer relations are preferred.

Since opening in 1977, Boys Town National Research Hospital has been internationally recognized as a leader in clinical and research programs focusing on childhood deafness, visual impairment and related communication disorders. We have developed medical programs that are now instituted in hospitals and clinics across the country, and since 2019, we have been increasing our impact in the field of pediatric neuroscience as both a clinical practice and an area of intensive research.
