The Permanency Supervisor provides supervision and consultation to case teams to ensure the safety, stability, and well-being of children and families. They are responsible for managing staff performance, ensuring compliance with regulations, and coordinating services with community partners and courts.
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in a field licensable by the BSRB and possess at least three years of experience in children and family services. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and a valid driver's license with auto insurance are also required.
