Deliver compassionate and personalized occupational therapy services, including evaluating clients and developing individualized treatment plans. Maintain accurate client records in the EMR system and ensure regulatory compliance through supervisory visits.
Must hold a current Occupational Therapist license in Minnesota, a valid driver's license, and CPR certification within six months of hire. Experience in home health, long-term care, or rehabilitation settings is preferred.
Schedule: Full time | 80 hours per pay period | Monday to Friday – 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Pay Range: $36.55/hr. to $50.70/hr. (hourly, non-exempt) based on qualifications, experience, and location.
As an Occupational Therapist, you’ll be at the heart of our community, delivering compassionate and personalized occupational therapy services.
