This position provides direct clinical behavioral health and substance use services to patients across various age groups, including group, family, and individual therapy. The therapist is responsible for developing person-centered care plans, documenting clinical progress, and coordinating aftercare services with community agencies.
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in a behavioral health or human services field and possess a current independent licensure in Kentucky (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LCADC). Additionally, two years of clinical experience, Basic Life Support certification, and the ability to perform Crisis Prevention Institute techniques are required.
This position is responsible for providing direct clinical behavioral health and/or substance use services to child, adolescent, adult and/or geriatric patients and families. Services include: group therapy, family therapy, individual therapy, psycho-education, discharge planning and coordinating with community, government and/or other behavioral health agencies for aftercare services.
Under the direct supervision of a board approved supervisor, this position will provide therapeutic and case management services, including:
