Maintenance Technician:
Wellspring is seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician to ensure the effective upkeep, maintenance and repair of all Wellspring facilities, including offices and residential facilities.
Qualifications:
Five or more years of maintenance experience is required in areas such as plumbing, carpentry, electric, drywall, mechanical, landscaping, etc., preferably in residential maintenance.
Experience with work order management applications is preferred.
Salary:
$21-$25 per hour
Shift/Schedule: Monday - Friday, flexible hours between 8 - 4, 20-30 hours per week
Conditions of Employment:
This position requires clearances of state and federal background checks, multiple abuse/sex offender registries, and clearance of exclusion lists prior to employment.
This position requires successful passing of a physical for fitness determination for duty.
A dependable vehicle, valid drivers' license, and maintaining automotive insurance is required.
Additional requirements:
Will be required to provide their own basic hand tools; allowances will be given for upgrade or replacement, when applicable.
