The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the effective upkeep, maintenance, and repair of all Wellspring offices and residential facilities. This includes managing general repairs and ensuring the overall functionality of the physical environment.
Candidates must have five or more years of maintenance experience in areas such as plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work. A valid driver's license, dependable vehicle, and basic hand tools are required.

Wellspring promotes mental health recovery for adults with serious mental illness by providing quality housing and rehabilitative services for nearly 1,600 clients annually. As a private, non-profit agency, Wellspring operates two Crisis Stabilization Units for adults that are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Wellspring also offers Supportive Housing, Affordable Housing, and Supported Employment throughout Jefferson County. For many years, Wellspring was the only agency in the Louisville, Kentucky region that provided independent housing coupled with psychiatric rehabilitative services for those challenged by mental illness.
