The Youth Care Professional supports the therapeutic plans of residents by providing mentorship, supervision, and guidance in daily living activities. They also collaborate with the team to maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment while engaging with families and facilitating off-campus activities.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, and possess a valid driver's license. Applicants must also be capable of performing physical interventions and lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted.

Nexus Family Healing is expanding to Eugene, Oregon, with the opening of a new 14-bed psychiatric residential treatment facility (PRTF) set to open this summer! This location is In partnership with the Oregon Health Authority Behavioral Health Division and will serve justice-involved youth ages 12 – 17, experiencing acute emotional concerns, and serious and persistent mental illness.
