Requires a high school diploma or GED and 3 to 5 years of experience in both custodial work and supervision. Candidates must be Christians aligned with the Statement of Faith and physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.

The Custodial Services Supervisor leads and supports the custodial team, ensuring high cleaning standards and fostering a positive, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities include training, coaching, and mentoring staff, conducting shift meetings, and providing spiritual encouragement. The supervisor manages schedules, attendance, and performance, addressing issues as they arise.
