The Staff Nurse provides medical care and medication management for outpatient psychiatry clients across a wide age range. Responsibilities include performing nursing assessments, coordinating care with providers, and maintaining accurate medical records.
Candidates must hold a valid Ohio nursing license (LPN or RN) and an associate degree, with a bachelor's degree preferred. A valid driver's license, safe driving record, and ability to pass pre-employment screenings are required.
OhioGuidestone is seeking a compassionate and caring licensed nurse (LPN or RN) to work with our Outpatient Psychiatry team in our Cleveland, OH office. The ideal candidate will have experience working in Mental or Behavioral Health and/or Substance Abuse Medication Assisted Therapy practices. Patients may range from ages 6 years old to 100+. Experience working with clientele from a variety of backgrounds a strong plus!
