The role requires a professional with experience in financial administration and a commitment to the mission of providing HIV/AIDS medical care. Candidates must demonstrate strong collaborative skills and the ability to work within a dynamic, multi-leader organizational structure.
A Controller contributes to AHF by drawing on your experience and skills in understanding financial administration needs and the basic needs such as housing, food, and clothing and develop relationships with programs and agencies serving those in need to support and assist staff who work with your patients who lack those services. In this way you will support the patient's ability to better understand their health status so that they can work to achieve their healthcare goals.

The Controller will work as a part of a close-knit team to assist our staff to meet our clients where they are, identify strengths, and opportunities for growth. With your skills of collaboration and engagement, you will bring the essence of financial literacy to the safety net for the uninsured HIV/AIDS clients - to our most vulnerable population.
