The therapist will manage a diverse caseload, providing individual and group counseling, therapeutic support, and family interventions within school and community settings. They are responsible for conducting intake assessments, psychiatric diagnostic evaluations, and maintaining timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling with an active LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC license in Ohio. A valid driver’s license, access to an insured vehicle, and the ability to meet specific insurance coverage requirements are mandatory.
The Centers is seeking Full-time School-Based Behavioral Health Therapists to manage a diverse caseload and collaborate with persons served and other providers to assure that the mental, emotional, and psychosocial needs of clients are addressed. Services are primarily provided in the school/community/home with the availability of telehealth as clinically indicated.
Salary: From $55,180-$72,985 based upon years of licensing

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to speak and hear. The employee is frequently required to sit for extended periods of time, stand, walk, use hands and fingers, and reach with hands and arms. It requires the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. Travel and work outside of normal hours may be required for meetings, presentations, trainings and other events.
