The Assistant Preschool Teacher supports the lead teacher in implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans and maintaining a safe, structured classroom environment. Responsibilities include modeling positive behavior, tracking student progress, and partnering with families to support early childhood development.
Candidates must hold or be enrolled in a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential program and possess at least two years of full-time experience with children ages 0-5. The role requires the physical ability to lift 50 lbs and the capacity to engage in active classroom activities.
