The Mental Health Assessor conducts comprehensive behavioral health assessments and establishes DSM diagnoses. They are also responsible for developing individualized, person-centered treatment plans and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
Candidates must hold an active Ohio licensure as an LISW, LPCC, LPCC-S, Psychologist, or another independently licensed behavioral health professional. Experience in behavioral health assessments and treatment planning is preferred.

Services may be provided virtually or in person based on client needs and organizational requirements. This is an as-needed (PRN) position with flexible scheduling.
