The Van Driver is responsible for safely transporting program participants to and from Goodwill locations using 15-passenger vans or wheelchair-accessible buses. They must also conduct vehicle inspections, maintain accurate trip logs, and ensure all passengers are safely secured.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license with a good driving record. Applicants must be able to pass a DOT physical, a pre-employment drug screen, and a criminal background check.

The Van Driver (Non-Medical Transportation) transports program participants to and from Goodwill in a 15-passenger van or wheelchair bus.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Available to work Full-Time Split Schedule (early mornings and afternoons) or can work Part-time from 6:00am - 10:00am or 1:30pm - 5:30pm.
EDUCATION: Must be 21 or older. High school diploma/GED is required. Must have a Valid driver’s license. Good driving record.
EXPERIENCE: Ability to pass a DOT physical. Pre-employment drug and alcohol screening required. Able to handle light lifting. Subject to random drug and alcohol testing throughout employment.
KNOWLEDGE: Familiarity with the greater Cincinnati area is preferred. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
BACKGROUND: Must successfully pass a criminal background check and other registry checks; certain felonies will disqualify applicants from employment.
