Responsible for the instruction, progress tracking, and discipline of students in assigned PreK-3rd grade special education classes. This includes developing achievable IEP goals and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support student well-being.
Requires a bachelor's degree or higher and a valid Illinois State Board of Education teaching license with an LBS1 endorsement. Candidates must also complete the CPS online application and meet residency requirements for the City of Chicago.
