The Family Coach works collaboratively with families to set and achieve goals focused on economic independence, earning power, and stability. Responsibilities include conducting intakes, managing housing issues, and recording progress in HMIS.
A high school diploma and at least 2 years of experience are required, while a bachelor's degree in social work and Spanish bilingualism are preferred. Candidates must pass background checks and have a vehicle for transporting clients.

SALARY: The average starting salary for this position will fall in the range of $44,000 and $48,900 annually. Where candidates fall in this range will be based on skill and experience level.
