The Family Therapist will provide home- and community-based therapeutic interventions to a caseload of 10–15 families using evidence-based models like Functional Family Therapy. Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a behavioral health field and possess active Illinois clinical licensure such as LSW, LPC, LCSW, or LCPC. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel throughout the Chicagoland area are required for this community-based role.

God Restoring Order (GRO) Community is a mental healthcare provider that specializes in trauma recovery services for males of color ages 5 and up. GRO services are grounded in an understanding of the neurological, biological and psychological effects of trauma. GRO services include mental health and wellness, stress management, and community outreach.
GRO Community is building a team that meets families where they are. This is a home and community-based role for a clinician who believes that engagement is treatment. The Family Therapist will carry a focused caseload and clinical approach and draw from a range of evidence-based and home-based models — including Functional Family Therapy (FFT) — to fit the intervention to the family rather than the other way around.

We prioritize relational flexibility over compliance-driven, office-based models, and we treat persistence, creativity, and accountability as core clinical skills.
